1、 Product Overview
The HFD series clamp type square cone mixer (hereinafter referred to as the machine) has excellent mixing effect and is used for mixing solid powder and granular materials in pharmaceutical production. This machine can hold several hoppers of different sizes and volumes, automatically completing all actions such as lifting, clamping, mixing, lowering, and loosening. Only one machine and multiple hoppers of different specifications need to be configured to meet the mixing requirements of large quantities and multiple varieties. 2、 Working principle
The machine consists of a frame, a clamped rigid rotating frame (hereinafter referred to as the rotating frame), a lifting/clamping system, a drive system, a braking system, a control system, etc.
After pushing the square conical mixing hopper (hereinafter referred to as the hopper) containing materials into the rotating frame for sufficient positioning, the control system will send a signal that the hopper is in place. At this time, press the "confirm" button on the operation screen, and the lifting/clamping system will automatically lift the hopper into place and clamp it; After the hopper is fully clamped, the driving system mixes according to the set parameters such as time and speed; When the set mixing time is about to be reached, the rotating frame automatically decelerates and slows down; Immediately, the braking system works to make the rotating frame stop vertically until it is convenient to push out the hopper, and the mixing is completed; Then, the lifting/clamping system automatically loosens the clamp and lowers the hopper to the ground; At the same time, the printer automatically prints the complete data of the mixed batch; At this point, moving the hopper completes this mixing cycle.

3、 Characteristics

5. The feeding cover bolt locking clamp structure is easy to disassemble and assemble, with good sealing performance. There is no leakage when tested with water at 80% capacity, and it is easy to clean. It works reliably during the mixing process.
6. The inlet and outlet of the hopper are connected with other equipment using silicone soft connection structure to avoid dust flying.
